Dear sir, My name is Selma Kaci and I am writing to complain about the sewer line overflowing that occurred near my house located in 36, Victoria Street, London since four days. I have called the waste water services a couple of days back but in vain. No one has come so far. Firstly, l would like to draw your attention to the worsening of the situation since yesterday. A foul sewer smell is emerging and spreading to an unbearable degree. So, we live in dreadful conditions, especially people with asthma who need to breathe a clean air. In addition to that, all the windows stay closed the whole day to ovoid any stench infiltration inside our houses. Thus, we live since the incident under air conditioning which increases undoubtedly the residents' electricity charges. On the top of that, our neighborhood has been transformed to an optimal breeding ground to mosquetoes and several other harmful insects. Due to all these negative effects on our city's inhabitants, I request to the corporation to send an inspection as soon as possible and undertake an appropriate cleaning process of the drain in order to get a rid of this bothering smell. By doing this, everyone would get his life back. Whether your service don't deal with our issue by tomorrow, I will not hesitate to use the press. It would be the most effective way to inform people about the indifferent attitude of the waste water service by broadcasting pictures and interviews with the suffering population.
