Dear Sir/Madam, I am Dave, my house is located on Hamilton street, there is a park nearby named Victoria park. I have read in the newspaper that recently, council decided to sell this park, and all individuals who are living near the park are not happy regarding this matter. This park has various slides which young children use after school on daily basis and have beautiful garden, and due to this facility, all adults are used to gather in evening for meeting their neighbors. A plethora of persons do meditation and exercise in the morning as well as in the evening. If local folk loose this amazing park then they will not have an alternative for this. Most importantly, council did not aware us about this which is totally illegal. According to the law, council must inform the individuals 30 days prior to taking any decision regarding the public issue, and, of course, this is the local crowd matter. If they will not change their decision then we all locals will file a law-suit in the court against the council. I hope you will print this letter in your newspaper as for public interest. Yours faithfully, Dilpreet.
