Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the recent issues we have been experiencing with the public transport system in my area.
For the past two weeks, the buses have consistently arrived late which is usually at least 15 minutes later than the scheduled time, the schedule has been so altered that the actual time of arrival is now unknown to many passengers.
Most of the people riding the buses are employees and business owners who work with strict deadlines, if the employees continue to resume late their employers will not be happy which might lead to the loss of their jobs which is their source of livelihood. On the other hand, business owners have clients that require their services which must be delivered promptly, they also stand a chance of losing their clients and subsequently even lose their businesses if this is not handled soon.
I believe it would be in the best interest of everybody if the bosses can have a specific schedule that will be strictly adhered to this will reveal the passengers the opportunity to arrive at their various destinations on time also if the buses might for any reason be unavoidably late then this should be communicated ahead of time to give people the opportunity to make other arrangements.
I hope this gets sorted out as quickly as possible.
yours faithfully
