You are employed full-time and also doing a part-time evening course. You are not able to continue the course. Write a letter to the course lecturer. In the letter explain why you cannot continue the course describe the situation say what you will be doing about it

Dear Mr Smith, I am writing to inform you that i will be unable to continue part-time computer course. Which i have joined in your institute. I have been attending your evening batch. I have enjoyed a lot and it is very helpful for me to learn new computer skills from your computer center. As, i mentioned in my application form i am a full time worker at It department in a well-known company, and until now i have managed to get some time for classes after my work. However, my company has another branch in Delhi. My manager wants me to transfer to that branch for 3 months. Thus, i am moving to Delhi, and could not attend more classes. Although, i am aware that you run same course twice a year. So, i want to join second batch of this year. Despite of joining same batch after returning. I am looking forward to receive your respone.
