Dear Sir, I am John Smith studying at university of Manitoba in the final year of Master of Business Management. I am writing this letter in response of your advertisement in the news paper for the charity work. There are two reasons for participates this volunteering work. The primary one, as I am a student of final year, we have program of internship. Therefore, this short term work will very helpful to me after completion of my course. Furthermore, doing this kind of unpaid work will boost my resume and in the current scenario employer first recruit those candidates who had an experience of volunteering work. Being a student of commerce field, the effective communication is in my blood. Apart from this, I know three international languages such as French, German and English as well as almost five to seven local languages of country India. Therefore, I can communicate with range of visitors who are coming from different nations. I shall join the duty just after two weeks after completion of my third semester exam.
