I have started using your bus service for the last two months. Initially, everything seemed great. Over two weeks from now, the bus has started to come late. As a result, I reach late for my first lecture at the college. Sometimes, I even miss it as we are not allowed to enter the classroom on coming late. I have also observed that the seats are limited on the bus. Some passengers have to stand up during their journey. I hope you and the authorities look into this matter seriously and instruct the staff to reach on time. They should not wait at the bus stop for more than 2 to 3 minutes.
