Your local hospital has advertised for people to do unpaid work helping at the hospital. You would like to do some work at the hospital in your free time. Write a letter to the hospital. Dear Sir, In response to a recent advertisement broadcast on television, I am writing to express my interest in the unpaid job at your hospital. I really appreciate the management for the opportunity to do a volunteer job at the medical center. My mum is a Nurse and she devotes her professional life to serving people and society as a whole. I am highly inspired by her and I am keen to do the same for people who need medical care. I have no specialty related to medicine, but I can make myself useful in the cards and record section as well as offering guidance to patients and visitors who are not used to the hospital. I will be available to work at your hospital on weekends as I am engaged with other activities on weekdays. I will be grateful if my request is granted as a volunteer worker.
