Dear Sir or Madam, I am resident of Miyapur in Hyderabad, Telangana. I travel daily through Telagana State Road transportation Center Buses from miyapur to secunderabad Routes. In the recent two weeks I have been consistently facing issues with bus services especially its reliability is extremely poor. In this letter I would like to address the problems faced by all commuters in these bus route services. First of all the major trouble is with the bus time schedules. The buses never arrive on time at the bus station. This cause lot of disturbances in work time table for commuters. Secondly, The Seats are broken causing elder people as well as women to stand in the bus for the whole journey. Lastly, There are no instructions for displaying covid-19 precautions and measures. I would like your company to fix these problems and provide remedy as soon as possible. Allotting few new buses in the route and Display the Sign boards for following hygienic social distanced protocol will be much helpful.
