Dear Anurag, I am writing because we couldn't meet after Friday and I had something to discuss the arrangements for the conference for our clients. Moreover, i would need a favour from you as well for presenting information to client. As there was no mention about the venue, date and purpose of conference mentioned in the earlier post, circulated by our business unit. This is now confirmed that it is going to be on 10th of April next month at the Alex Conference hall. Which will accomodate 1000 people with expected attendence of 700 on the day. This conference is going to be techinical explaination of the achievements and future road map of the business. I would like you to take care of the technical presentation on this occassion. As, this will be your area of expertise and any questions on current or further improvements required, you will have a better knowledge on them. Please feel free to extract information from others wherever required. Let me know if i can be of your help whenever required. During this conference i will be taking care of the report presentation and road map of the business. further more i am taking care of food, accomodation and other requests from client during thier visit. However, we would need to collaborate by the end of next week to review our work before the conference.
