Dear Mohit, I'm happy to tell you that i am coming to your city as i'm going to work over there. First of all, i do not have sufficient knowledge about your city. So, i'm having a hard time in finding a place to live. It would be grateful if you can give me a hand in finding a house or apartment for living because you know this city very well. Furthermore, i was wondering if it is possible to rent a place near my workplace as it will save me a lot of travelling time. As you know, i do not like noisy areas thus, i want my new home should be situated in noise free area. I was thinking to rent a single bedroom basement or apartment but the basement should have a separate kitchen and living room for my guests. Alao, it should include all utilities such as wifi, hydro and laundary within the rent. I will look forward to your response, Best regards, Gurwinder singh
