I am writing this to inform you that it has been two weeks since I ordered a new check book in your bank, but, unfortunately until now I did not receive anything.
On 11th of November I called to the bank and ordered one bundled of check book and ask when I could possibly receive the item, The teller response says it only takes a week to be process. So, I presume, I can have it within a week. I am quite disappointed on the service. Anyhow, May I ask the exact date and time of the check book I really need that on my trip next month.
However, I have been your client for over five years and this is my first time to encounter the slow process of your service. It is exceptional that you will take a course of action on this matter, so that your customer would be still on your bank.
