Dear Sir, I am writing this to complain about the issues persisting with the bus service in Brampton street from last two weeks. In context to its reliability, the timings of the bus shuffled a lot in the past few days. Although I always reach the bus stop around 10 minutes in advance, it is hard for me and others waiting for transport service to board it on time. As I worked as a Marketing Manager at Promax and has a morning shift that starts at 8: 30, It became really hard for me to reach the office on time because your company`s bus is the only medium to commute from my place to office at that time. Considering the consequences each one is facing, I would really appreciate if you can schedule the bus timings accurately and constant route plan, So that there should not be any misconception about timing which would suffer our daily routine.
