FURTHERMORE, DUE TO THE DELAY THE HAS TO GO THROUGH SHAHABAG AT AROUND 8. 50 AM, WHEN THERE IS SERIOUS TRAFFIC CONGESTION. MOREOVER, SOME COMMUTERS, WHO ARE STUDENTS, BEING LATE FOR THEIR SCHOOLS/COLLEGES. I HAVE TALKED TO THE BUS DIVER AND SUPERVISOR. AND THEY SAID THE STARTING TIME HAS BEEN DELAYED.
