Dear Jimmy, I hope you and your family are doing well! I've got good news to tell you that I have newly moved into a house. For a long time we haven't met each other, I thought I'd invite you for a stay in my new house. I'd suggest you come by next week 12th April as we have long weekend leave here and you would be able to spend time with me and my family exploring our new house. The new house is typically what I have dreamed about all the time and it has a spacious living room, 3 bedrooms with a beautiful balcony, play area and a terrace. Also, another best place in the house is our lawn. Mom has built a small farm that has basic ingredients used daily in cooking like red chillies, tomatoes and we have few unusual plants too. My most loved place in my new house is the extra room which I am planning to convert into my workplace because in the morning it has good sunlight and if you spend time there it gives positive vibes throughout the day. I'm eagerly looking forward to your stay in my new house. Warm Wishes, Jack
