Dear sir, I am Jigisha Jaykumar Patel, a course in your college by me. i completed my course on Computer Concept Course (CCC) in 2013-14 April-May. I am writing this letter to re-issued certificate as certificate are lost by me. Firstly, I would like to inform you that certificate course which attended by me was suggested by my company for promoting me from position of assistant manager to General manger. Although I carefully put my certificate in my bag because it is the key of my promotion, but I unable to keep it safe. Unfortunately, I forgot my baggage into the cab which I hired by me to reach at air-port. When I alight from flight at my home town, bag was forgotten by me that i realized. I immidiatly complaint about this incident, cab service tried hard to find baggage consequently they unsucessful to discover it. Secondly, i would like to re-issues my certificate owing to the fact that it was really essantial for me to get promoted.
