Dear Mr. smith, I am abhishek verma, one of the employees in management department. I am wrinting this letter in regards to bring into your notice about the copmlaints being submitted for reception area. The first and formost dissatisfaction of the visitors is the reciption service. Another problem I have seen is very less visiting hours. There are losts of disputes regading appionytment times too. In my opinoin reception area is the heart of any work setting. Reception and its services are the first impression of any company. So by keeping its value in my mind i would like to suggest some improvement ideas at reciption area. Hiring extra staff could help in proiving better customer services. To overcome the confusion I can be suggested to make appointments over phone or online. Visitor hours can also be raised.
