Dear Mr. Mehta, I am writing this letter to suggest how the reception area could be larger and to convey to you the complaints about the reception area which I got from visitors. let me explain about complaints in more detail. I got many complaints but I listed a few which are important. Visitors find less space to make queues. Apart from it, there are no chairs due to the small area of the reception counter. Thus, if any senior citizen comes then he has to sit outside the reception area. Moreover, the reception area plays a vital role in the company because the customers first go to the reception counter for inquiries related to the multiple tasks of the company. So, it is the first place where all visitors gather. Hence, the reception counter should be large in the company. I suggest making it large by removing two side tables near the reception area. There should be strict to allow only five visitors in a queue others need to wait in the waiting area. In addition, we may arrange seats in the waiting area. I hope you find good suggestions.
