Dear Sir or Madam, My name is Alex, and I am the president of the Gulberg apartments. I am writing this letter to complain about the litter collection system, which is not in good condition, and it is creating several problems for the people who live in society. The municipal corporation has transferred the contract to another vendor to collect the household garbage. The process of collecting trash is manual and the workers are reluctant to do that, and this is why the system is not functioning properly. We are facing enormous problems because there is a huge garbage bin in front of the playing garden. Children are not able to play their games, elderly people are unable to walk. Moreover, it is releasing toxic gases which are affecting everybody’s health. I would like to suggest to you some solutions to resolve this problem. Firstly, you can transfer the contract to the previous vendor or change the contractor. Secondly, local administration should provide the proper equipment and tools to collect rubbish.
