Dear Mr. David, I’m John Smith working in production department of unit-3. The purpose of writing this letter to give the review from the colleagues and problems they are facing due to no availability of cafe in the industry. During the lunch break we all members required a cup of tea or coffee to feel refreshed and most of us walk to half kilometer to purchase it from the local shop. Therefore, it required lot of time as well as energy especially in sunny days. Whenever, we have discussion regards of this topic, all the members have opinion that, company must allow to build small cafe in the office premises. Sometimes walking through long distance is quite cumbersome for all of us and therefore, we request you to pass this message to CEO and ask the permission for it. If this happen, we can enjoy our gossip during lunch hours and can get more time to communicate. We can set up this building at the side of our canteen as this place is quite appropriate and equally distanced from the entire department. Thus, access to this will not be problem for anyone. Hope you will consider this and pass this request to higher authority. Look for a positive response. Yours Sincerely, John Smith.
