Smartphones have a lot of benefits for each of our lives. The first benefit, it helps people to communicate with each other easily whether at a distance or near. Not only that, the phone also contributes greatly to helping people work and look up necessary information. In addition, smartphones can also help us entertain and kill time in our spare time. On the other hand, smartphones also have harmful effects if we overuse it. Firstly, the regular use of mobile phones will affect eyesight. In addition, using mobile phones too much will make you isolated from everyone around, which is the main cause of depression.
