Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to let you know that I was very impressed after completing the cooking course offered by Happy to Cook. Even though the course was limited to Indian food, but it really helped me develop my cutting and chopping skills which are common for all cuisines. Moreover, Mr Kumar, our instructor and mentor was very patient and his live demonstrations on various Indian dishes really helped me. Furthermore, I also really enjoyed the group task in which we formed teams to cook a few traditional dishes.
Having said that, since completing my course last month, I have already cooked around a dozen time. I have cooked a no of dishes ranging from palak paneer to chicken biriyani and my entire family was really flattered in my cooking skills.
Additionally, I would also request you to start a European Cooking Course in which all the traditional European dishes like pasta & pizza to name a few, can be taught as meticulously as the previous one. I would be really much interested in joining the course as I am a big fan of such cuisine.
