I graduated university with the Bachelor degree of Business Management studied in English with more than a year of experiences in Customer service area. I was able to work and gain achievement at each particular job that I had opportunity for contribution.
During my last position as a junior manager of Honda Vietnam, I was given the tasks of monitoring and managing the support operational activities of Automobile Dealers and joining the Events holding team. On the very first days getting started with the new job, I took accountability to handle and manage the preparation for a big event of Education with Ministry of Education and Training. It was a contest about Traffic safety held for the students of Primary and Secondary schools across the country. This is truly a challenging work due to the limitation of time and I was a new staff with no experiences of managing an event. However, under the guidance of older managers, I had completed the tasks which I never done before such as drawing the chambers layout, calculating the number of devices will be used, making the plan to greet the VIP guests and also manage all of these items in order to minimize the risks as much as possible. At the end, the event was successful and it became the valuable experiences for me at the later events.
Before being a part of Honda Vietnam, I was a manager for my family restaurant in Hoian city. I come to Hoian in the summer of 2018, few weeks before it was opened. In order to follow the time of opening ceremony, my brother and I had to make a comprehensive plan to handle a list of preparation including purchasing tables; desks; kitchen tools, making decoration and advertisement. etc. I was afraid that it might not be appeared to the public on time but after weeks of effort together with lots of support, my family restaurant had opened and launched as scheduled. Then, I began managing and monitoring the operation and service activity. For instances: answering the questions of customers, dealing the feedback, managing the cost and revenue, monitoring the equipment and materials. etc.
I’d earned much of precious and useful experiences from the previous occupations. Although I haven’t got a chance to work in the Project management field but I hope the experience through the previous works in terms of general management as I mentioned above would help me to be responsible for your vacancy.
I hope I will be granted an interview if my qualification is matched with your requirements.
