I am writing with regard to the suggestions than can make our reception area a better place.
The complaint that had been made by most of the individuals visiting our firm is that the reception does not have any chairs to sit which makes them uncomfortable. Moreover, visitors have to wait for long time in order to get the information needed as we only have one receptionist.
This area plays a key role as this will be the entry point which decides their first impression. In addition, reception is a place where everyone gets the information they need and the area should be tidy.
Firstly, few chairs should be arranged and they should be placed in appropriate positions. Furthermore, a new receptionist should be hired which makes a total of two receptionists and visitors can get the information quickly by avoiding the long wait time.
