Myself raju, I purchased printer 1 year before printer name canon printer for printing and scanning purpose related to my office work but recently from few days print quality is not good even after I tried increasing black portion more also it is printing low quality printed paper, this paper when I scanned, it is not properly visible the printed text on paper. it is printing the papers text with poor quality, because of this reason I have changed the black color printer tuner and tried the print but even after the change of tuner same is repeated. Printed text and matter on the printed paper is very important for my work I am a layer when my clients sent me a matter which I need to notary and do signs on it the bond papers and my sign and seal is not visible scanning time and printing the same document so it is hampering my work so I need your service for this printer rectification purpose I think it is edge of 1 year duration so the warranty on printer will be alive so I am expecting the free service from your persons, please do need full as soon as possible.
