Dear sir or madam I am writing this missive to seek your attention towards the issue of my compyuter's service which left me dissapointed. you would recall that I bought a brand new samsung compyuter from your compyuter shop a weeks ago. I paid 100 dollars for this product. However I found some problems after few days of using it and as you can understand that I cannot understand that I cannot take risk with my professional study with these fluctuations. There was no action on my complaint. Then I went your store with my compyuter four days ago. Then they fixed compyuter and sent it me after the service. But it's only one day the same issue occured more that thrice. So I am totally dissappointed in your product and your compyuter store. I would like to repair and replace my personal compyuter as soon as possible to not effect my study. I hope to hear from you soon. Thank you for your consideration. Your faithfully.
