Dear sir or madam I am writing this missive to seek your attention towards the issue of my compyuter's service which left me dissapointed. you would recall that I bought a brand new samsung compyuter from your compyuter shop a weeks ago. However I found some problems after few days of using it and as you can understand that I cannot understand that I cannot take risk with my professional study with these fluctuations. But it's only one day the same issue occured more that thrice. So I am totally dissappointed in your product and your compyuter store.
