I have recently stayed at your Hotel-Pan Pacific in room 321 for 2 nights. Ufortunately heating system was in ineffectual and malfunctioned with creepy noise. My stay was thoroughly unpleasant and miserable in such a cold weather. It was 1. 30AM, when I arrived at hotel. I wanted rest for sometime after the tiring journey. When I switched on the room heating system, it started making some odd noise and was not functioning. I called reception stating the issue but no help arrived. I got very little sleep over two nights and suffered by fever later on. At the time of leaving premises on complaining, you assured me to refund all the money charged while booking but till now no communication has been established by you in this regard. I think it would be good to instruct your technical staff to troubleshoot faulty Central heating system and be prepared for unusual whether to care guests. I urge you to disburse the appropriate compensation against the inconvenience beared by me. Look forward to hearing from you soon. Yours faithfully
