Dear Sir/MadamI am writing with regards to some issues in bus rapid transport line number 1, from Azadi to Enqelab station. The buses in this line are delayed most of the times, specially during morning shifts. Furthermore, they are old and do not have enough seats nor proper ventilation system. Most people talk about getting late for work because of this delays. Theyalso get frustrated due to lack of personal space and poor air conditioning during transportation. This problems also made this vehicles a bad choice for old or sick persons. I suggest adding some new well-ventilated vehicles could help with people satisfaction from public transport in this area.
