Please tell us about something that has influenced you and articulate how it has shaped you.

Sir Sundar Pichai, Steve Jobs, and Michael Jordan are the people that have affected me, and I consider them to be my mentors. They have had a significant influence on my life. Every day, I attempt to instill those values in my life and strive to be a little better than I was the day before. Sir Sundar Pichai taught me to be calm and resilient. When I was younger, if I found myself in a difficult situation, I would blame the environment and lose control, but that has all changed since the day I learned resilience from Sundar Pichai. It was that day, and it is still now, that I never criticize situations and instead find peaceful answers to difficulties. Another thing I learned from him was to explore new things and move out of our comfort zone. He told me that you can't progress unless you step outside of your comfort zone. This event inspired me to participate in sports, extracurricular activities, and a variety of other activities outside of academics. I've been learning art for 5 years, and Steve Jobs' goods and the way he created them have instilled in me an even greater appreciation for art, which is why I'm still learning and will never stop. The most significant lesson Steve Jobs taught me was to do what I loved rather than what others wanted me to accomplish. This also instilled in me a never-say-die mentality. Michael Jordan, who failed many times before becoming the greatest basketball player of all time, taught me about consistency, the power of focus, and how to tolerate setbacks. Every night, I ask myself what I learned today and how I may develop myself to be a better person tomorrow. These three folks are the ones that keep me motivated and working toward my objective on a daily basis.
