I am Akande Hajarat. I ordered a flower vase online from your store, Beautifully made boutique on 15th of January. My payment transaction was confirmed by one of your staffs named Adegoke and was told to expect it delivered to me on 17th January. I received the package yesterday but was found broken.
The store sent the vase through a delivery agency which I believe mishandled it. The flower vase broken into pieces immediately it was opened. I could not present it to my little sister, had to look for substitute.
I would kindly suggest you patronise a better courier service to prevent further occurrence of the same issue. In addition to this, the broken vase will be returned today, while I await a refund. I look forward to hear from you soon.
