I am writing this letter to make a complaint about the connection to the Internet in my room. My name is Christopher Pell and I am a law student currently residing in Elm’s Wood Halls of Residence on the Malone Road. I am a post-graduate student currently in the latter stages of doing my Master’s dissertation. I live in the new complex in A block on the fifth floor, room 15. A few times a day, without warning, the internet connection suddenly stops and when I run the troubleshooting program on my computer it states that there is an issue with the IP address. This is very inconvenient for me because it means that I have to stop work and go to a local coffee shop to get online. I would like it if one of your technicians could come around as soon as possible and test the line and establish the problem. Someone looked at it last week and said that everything was fine, but it is obviously not. I pay twenty pounds a month for the line and I do not think that this is satisfactory service. I look forward to hearing from you. Yours faithfully, Christopher Pell
