Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to you regarding the accommodation in canada toronto for about one year in which I am coming there on site as my company is sending me early this year. My self john working as a software engineer in deolite company from last 5 years as my company planned me to send on site for about an year. i am going to brief about the accommodation which i think it is going to suit me. Firtsly, i want three bed rooms flat that too independent because i want more privacy and it should be well furnished. More over it should not be far from the city and easily available to my office. It would be good if there is swimming pool in it as my children's love swimming. The building should be not too old further more it is good if garden is there because my parents love ti spend evening time in garden. I am going to do rent agreement for one year so that they don't want to distrub me after six months. The maximum should be $ 500 per month and i can easily afford it. Thanking you, John
