Dear Sir, I am Daria Fedotova, your tenant from apartment number 71, Vavilova Street. I am writing this letter to ask you not to increase the rent. I have found this apartment only from the fifth time, it was really difficult to find a worth pace in Lomonosov district with available rent. Moreover, I had to sign a lease for my apartment in which you said that rent wouldn’t be more than 20 thousand rubles, however you want to increase it to 21 thousand. Consequently, it means that you will break contract, so I will have a right to sue you.
