Motivation Letter for the university

Motivation Letter I have already lived about one-third of my life. It is hard to understand for a person to perceive; however, these 30 years have been worthwhile. I have studied and tried almost everything I can imagine to understand my strengths and weaknesses. I met a lot of various projects, companies, and people on my career path. I started as an analyst at a bookmaker office, a customer service manager, a system administrator, an information and internal security manager. It was a significant work experience, and I do not regret spending all these years in one area where I probably would have done more than I do right now. I enjoy challenges and the learning experience I can gain from them. Throughout my career, I learned how to be a results-oriented manager and motivate others. I believe my most important quality is my ability to collaborate and communicate effectively. However, to implement my business ideas, I need to learn more about organizations and entrepreneurship in global business. For me, the best choice is something relevant to Business Law, Management, and Economy. I found the Global Economy and Business master's program offered by the Cassino University, precisely in line with what I want to do. With the exponential increase in technology, globalization is also increasing simultaneously. A new era has brought new opportunities and challenges, global economy and business education is the answer to address them. By taking this program, I will always be up to date with the trends and innovations worldwide. Moreover, I will have deep knowledge about the global marketplace. At universities, I learned to value quality knowledge and the efforts needed to acquire it. The disciplines that I have learned at Satbayev University have been helpful in practice: they have developed my abstract thinking and quickly understand complex constructions and break them down into simple components. My second degree of jurisprudence has helped me understand the relationship between legal processes and society. It gives me some essential skills: examining complex problems and developing solutions. It encourages me to think broadly and deeply, developing my ability to contextualize an issue when making decisions. I am currently working as a Senior Manager for the Non-profit Joint-Stock Company «State Corporation «Government for Citizens». It is a public service provider for integrating all organizations to supply Kazakhstan citizens with all public services in one place. Mandatory health insurance project required me to believe in myself and what I thought was suitable for the company. I had to take a pro-active approach, take the initiative and play a leadership role in motivating people and executing the project. A good manager can figure out where the problem lies, deal with it effectively by involving all the company members, and improve the company's overall culture. The fact that I was able to pull off all tasks has boosted my confidence in my abilities. With my willingness to be a business professional, I realized the need to further study abroad by giving Europe preference.
