Dear Sir, I'm Elsa Razavi, 35Age. Actually, it’s so hard for me to think about the past. I can’t remember clearly childhood and adulthood, just the main thing like playing games with siblings and Whole figure of the school courses, but it’s not means my mind went blank. Indeed, until today’s always worried and planned for the future. I worked for 15 years, tried to do my job perfectly with unimportant mistakes. Cause of all my worries about the economy in Iran and unfortunately my worse habit that always follows news all the days more and more, I slipped my mind more than past. I know at first I can keep the mind on main goals and get rest eat about unessential matters but I am not sure how to use this and I interest in learning other strategies to help me with inexpensive and dawdling ways.
