Dear Sir,
I'm writing this letter to complain about the neighbor who's renting a house and is always causing their sound to affect people around.
About two weeks ago, my neighbor's radio went out and turned on too loud. As I’m sure you’re aware, sound travels very easily in this building and it’s enough to cope with the noises people make when they’re home! My family has young children, so we're very uncomfortable with these sounds. These sounds wake her up many times.
Also, their dogs are causing us much annoyance with their disturbing barking. My wife is a nurse and is frequently on night duty, so she needs peace and quiet during the day.
You may have previously been unaware of this noise. However, it affects me because it can be clearly heard in the habitable areas of my house.
I wrote a letter to the tenant twice, but I didn't get any feedback, the radio was left on more loudly and the dogs were noisier.
I want to solve this problem kindly, and I don't want to report it to the police. So I'd be very grateful if you could try to deal with this atrocity with the tenant. If you can't solve this, I will gather all the acoustic-affected neighbors to sue that tenant.
Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Huyen Ngan
