I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the rapid Spanish course I took in early October. I saw it advertised on a website about learning.
First of all, the Spanish family I was with was very rude and racist. They make fun of me because I'm Asian and I'm Asian. Their skin color is different from theirs.
Second, the advertisement says that we will have an intensive grammar course and a debate to improve our pronunciation and communication skills. But in fact, I was only taught to do my homework in grammar. The teacher's attitude is not good either. The teacher only taught basic grammar without answering my questions. The teacher is not at all. It's as experienced as the commercial says.
Finally, you make a trip to the city museum. But at the last minute, I was informed that the trip had been canceled! Even though I paid well, I didn't get a refund. Even though the trip was canceled.
I believe I should be reimbursed in full for my big disappointment. I hope you will look into the matter and give me an immediate reply.
