Letter Writing about Rude Behavior Complaint

Radin Masiha Viewmont Drive, Los Angeles, CA, USA, 90069 15th February 2021 Mrs. Sierra Hudson The owner of Gwen restaurant Sunset blvd, Los Angeles, California, US Dear Mrs. Hudson Hope you are doing well. Your restaurant was really great; it is in the top best, and most expensive restaurants in Hollywood. I heard about your restaurant, and called my friends and familly, to invite, and introduce Gwen. We (me and my family, plus my friends and their family) were all 10. I wanted and was sure that we would have a great night there. I'm so sorry to say that, but a waiter that I don't know his name, ruined our night. His hair was brown; you might know him. Last night, after we sat down on our chair, we called him to come. I said hello, but he just nodded his head. As soon as everyone ordered, he loudly said: "how do you want to eat them all! ? " We became angry, but no one told anything to him. Soon the food was prepared, and he started bringing them to us; in the middle he said: "OH, I'M BOARED; when they gonna be finished? " One of my friends patiently answered that we hadn't ordered that much, but he angrily said: "The one who ordered the most was you madam; don't eat much in case you stay thin. " I suddenly turned angry and said sarcastically: "How much voyeurs increased; just bring our food maid" I said my last sentence with a threatening tone. I had no choice! He became a bit calmer and said: "Be careful not to get the table dirty. " I apologized to everyone, and explained that it was a mistake on the part of waiter, but the restaurant is still, one of the bests. He might be a newcomer. I know you are not to blame, but it was a really shamefull behavior. Please talk to him about it; it might be because of an unpleasant event happened for him, but please notify him.
