I am writing this letter to raise a complaint for the services I and my family members received during our recent trip organized by your tour and travel agency.
Last month, we booked a trip to Jaipur for 4 days from 01 to 04 November. The rental car which was supposed to wait for us on the airport was not arrived on time and we had to wait for 2 hours for the driver to come and drop us at the hotel. Also, I explicitly asked you to book at 4-star property, however, the hotel was not as per our expectations in terms of room size and cleaning services.
It was an embarrassing situation for me in front of my family as it was my responsibility to make sure everything on the holiday is good. As I have to face a lot of discomfort and inconvenience, I would insist you to look into this matter on urgent basis and pay a goodwill amount as compensation.
