Dear Sir/ Madam, With due respect, I would like to inform you that my name is Saikat Sarkar and I am currently enrolled in the part-time Python course in the evening at your institution. Due to an increase in the work pressure at my full-time job, I regret to inform you that I will not be able to continue the classes anymore. I currently work for a software-based company and I took up the Python classes as a learning experience with a purpose to support me at my job. But nowadays, handling both of them has become near impossible for me as the month-end activities at my current workplace have subjected me to work longer hours in order to reach my targets. And, this leaves me with no energy to push any further after the office. I definitely loved the learning experience, I had in your class and would recommend it to others as well. But, I am really sorry to say that I will not be able to continue further and it would be great if you can refund the remaining fees. Kindly consider my request and hope to hear back from you soon.
