Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to bring your attention on the issue related to an appliance which I purchased from your store in London.
On 10th September, I bought a fully-automated washing machine which was installed on the following day. When I used it for the first time on 12th September, to my surprise it was not starting. I tried to switch on and off the main plug of the machine in hope that it will work but did not start.
I immediately called the customer care number provided on the purchase invoice and raised a complaint for the same. Your representative told me that a repair mechanic will visit my place within 24 hours to check the issue with the equipment, however, no one has visited yet. It is already been 2 days.
As the product is under warranty, I insist a replacement and I do not want to get it repaired. I hope that you will look into this problem on urgent basis. I will look forward to hearing from you soon.
