Dear sir/madam I am writing this letter to express my feedback about your hotel. Last month my family and I were on a vacation to Ooty and we choose to stay in your hotel, Park Inn, for a week between 21-March to 217-October. I really adored the bed in room 206 and it is as good as new. I had witnessed breathtaking views from the balcony, which was the memorable part of my tour. I appreciate the hospitality services provided by the staff. Nonetheless, there were few disappointments. Firstly, the heating system in the room did not function properly and consulted the reception several times and they could not solve the issue. On top of that, the menu in the cafeteria is limited and there weren’t any authentic cuisines. I would like to suggest, improving the quality of heaters in rooms or else please having the backup machinery. Apart from this, it would be a good idea to include more and more dishes in an eatery.
