Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this letter to complain about my bags misplaced by your staff, while I was travelling from Dubai to India in Flight A760 on, 2nd April 2021 in your reputed airlines. I was very excited when the flight landed at the airport in India, my destination country, but the next two hours were no less than a horrible experience for me. They kept me waiting for an answer, which intensified my anxiety. Point1 I was carrying a black party gown, which costed a fortune, that was inside my lost baggage. That dress was very precious for me, as it was given to me by a very special person. Point2 I stood at the luggage alley for more than an hour enquiring about my suitcases, but your staff did not care much about my loss. My immediate appeal to you is to find out where are my carry cases and, return them to me safely at my residence.
