Dear Mr. Ben, My name is Neena and we have recently met during our journey from Ontario to Ottawa. This was an early morning flight. And while, we were served our on-board breakfast, our conversation also took a flight from introduction to interests. As I learn, about your endeavor of chain of restaurants across Toronto, Ontario, Vancouver, Montreal and Ottawa. I was intrigued as well as excited to tell you about my academic credentials in the hospitality sector. And after discovering, about my knack and enthusiasm for Bar-tendering, you had proposed me to touch base with you for a career prospect. As you were then looking for Mixologist for your restaurant in Toronto. Therefore Sir, writing in the same regards I would like to tell you that I have recently accomplished my Post-graduate internship. And in the interim, I also took up a certification course in Flairology. This adds to my acumen for both as a mixologist and bartender. Along with my expression of interest, I am also enclosing scanned copies of the below mentioned documents for your perusal. Look forward to hear from you.
