Dear Jane, I'm just writing to let you know that it might be impossible for me to have a day out with you. i’m sorry, it’s so regrettable to say that but i have no choice due to another reason. I had expected the day I'll meet up with you but how unlucky it was that yesterday, my 8th-grade input test which has been put off owing to the quarantine was informed to be held the following week so I have to spend all the rest of my days revising. I was caught between two stools when I had to choose who will go for the meeting in order that you won’t miss your all-time favorite film. Fortunately, Lin was up to my mind at the time and I decided to let her go instead of me. As Lin is still taking a gap year for university and free all day without doing anything, she is really excited about that. Besides, she is supremely good at remembering the bustling city roads so she will help you arrive more quickly and in such an easy way rather than waiting for the busy traffic.
