I will by travelling by air and will reach London on 25th September around 9 pm and will be staying in Ramada Hotel till 29th September. Hence, I would like to have the car available at the airport on my arrival date and I am happy to drop off the driver at your office where I can submit any documents if required. Can I request you to confirm the cost for your services?
