I am writing this letter regarding a query related to your car rental services as I am planning to travel to London for 4 days and would require a car during my stay.
As I am travelling with my family which includes 4 members, I am looking for a medium size vehicle which will be confortable for us to travel to nearby places.
I will by travelling by air and will reach London on 25th September around 9 pm and will be staying in Ramada Hotel till 29th September. Hence, I would like to have the car available at the airport on my arrival date and I am happy to drop off the driver at your office where I can submit any documents if required.
Can I request you to confirm the cost for your services? From your website, I can see that the cost for 1 day is $100, however discounts are available on the basis of the number of days the vehicle is required.
