Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing in concern to the empty envelope that I have received from your Bank which should supposed to have my new card in it. I was about to complaint for the same, but then I surprisingly got another letter from the bank asking for its acknowledgement.
Being a Premium customer with your bank since decades I have never faced such issues before. Since, my holidays are planned for next week and card was ordered on urgent basis to use it internationally for the cash Transactions and also for my flights booking, seems like a nightmare to me already. I am also panicking about being used by wrong hands as it has the PIN Number along with it. Therefore, I would request you to hotlist my card and block all the transactions.
I would really appreciate if you could look into this matter as the sense of urgency and issue a new instant card perhaps that I can collect from the High street Branch.
