Dear Sir,
I am John Smith working as a Quality engineer in the production department. I am writing this letter regards of the newcomers often leave the firm.
Since last two years, I have been noticing that each and every new intern who came as a fresher into our firm, they leaves after completion of their one year training period. As our industry is leading in the bellow making among the all other firms, most of our trainers are acquired by them. After doing a survey I came to conclusion that for this leaving trend there are two reasons. The primary one, our company policy, that is we do not hire a trainee as an employee. Furthermore, even if we hire them we provide the less salary than others. Due to these reasons people are inclined to change the organization.
To resolve this issue, I have some suggestions. To begin with, HR management must be work efficiently and signed a legal agreement with intern for not to leave firm till next three years. Moreover, management must give them 10% salary rise than the previous training session.
Hope you will consider my suggestion and complexity of the issue.
Yours Sincerely,
John Smith.
