Dear Sir/ Madam, I was a part of a business meeting at your hotel on 27th July, and I am writing with regards to a few substantial documents that I forgot there. I presume that while I was presenting the project, I placed the documents on the table in the conference hall. However, I believe I did not see any paper there while leaving. It must have been misplaced somewhere in that room. I need that papers as they are plenty resourceful for our company. The whole project model and other requisite details are there in the papers. Moreover, I do not own the copy of the details, so it would be hard to recreate the entire plan. I would appreciate it if you could ask your staff to locate the documents and inform me.
