Dear Ibis hotel management teamI am writing to bring to your attention a number of problems I experienced during recent stay at the Istanbul location.
I was staying last weekend in room number 505 with a party from my company who all were attending the conference on innovation low voltage cable industry. The problem most were in my room. Upon arrival, the air conditioner were out of order. I informed reception desk it took hours for some one to repair, also there was an issue with my television and there was something wrong with ventilation of bathroom. I reported all these things to front desk however they did not appear receptive to make immediate changes.
I would like to suggest a number of advices when you encounter complaints such as mine in future; relocate your guest in new room while you work on fixing everything.
