Letter Namangan, Mingbulak July 24, 2021 Delivering service house in Tashkent Subject-Complaint regarding not receiving of orders Dear Sir/Madam On July 22, 2021 I called to your delivering service house and asked from your staffes to bring me John Rohn's two books, namely "The fault in our stars" and "A gift of the Magi"(order No. 000154) to be delivered to Mingbulak sector-3 That books were present for my older sister's birthday. Unfortunately, to my dismay, I have not received the set I ordered for. The party was held to after two days. I am highly disappointed. To resolve the problem, I will wait until you send them. Please let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take. I look forward to hearing from you within the next one day. Because I should catch up to ready this gift until the celebration. Enclosed are copies of the transaction document and the receipt. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until aforementioned time before seeking help from a concumer protection agency.
